The insulated hangar manufactured by TAF-87 is a building that has increased thermal insulation to preserve heat inside and protect against cold, moisture and other weather conditions. Such hangars are used for various purposes, such as warehouses, production facilities, transport hangars, agro-industrial complexes.

“TAF-87” LLC will carry out load calculation, manufacture, delivery and installation of the hangar in accordance with the issued technical conditions with high quality and on time.

We have more than 12 years of experience in the manufacture of similar structures. To fulfill the order, there are labor resources, production areas, necessary transport, scaffolding, machines and equipment (sheet bending machine, guillotine, cutting and cutting machines).

The cost of the works includes: calculation of the main loads, raw materials, manufacturing, delivery, installation, cladding, vapor barrier device, accompanying documents (technical passport, quality certificates for materials, assembly drawings of the main parameters and nodes, instructions for operating the module and its components).

Negotiable separately on request: drilling machine, truck crane, telescopic truck tower, accommodation, electricity, water.

The average production time of a hangar 24×40 m, which is located in the Kharkiv region:

• 1-7 days of preparation;
• 8-20 days of manufacturing the structure;
• 15-25 days of delivery to the installation site;
• 21-40 days installation of the frame with cladding;
• 41-45 days of finishing.

The main features of insulated hangars include:

1. Insulation of walls and roof: Insulation is carried out with the help of insulating materials, which are installed on the walls and roof of the hangar. It can be mineral wool, expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam or other modern insulating materials.

5. Ability to regulate temperature: Some insulated hangars can be equipped with heating and air conditioning systems that allow you to control the temperature inside the room depending on needs.
6. Fire safety: To ensure the safety of the premises, fire-resistant materials and fire safety systems are used.
