The insulated hangar manufactured by TAF-87 is a building that has increased thermal insulation to preserve heat inside and protect against cold, moisture and other weather conditions. Such hangars are used for various purposes, such as warehouses, production facilities, transport hangars, agro-industrial complexes.

“TAF-87” LLC will carry out load calculation, manufacture, delivery and installation of the hangar in accordance with the issued technical conditions with high quality and on time.
We have more than 12 years of experience in the manufacture of similar structures. To fulfill the order, there are labor resources, production areas, necessary transport, scaffolding, machines and equipment (sheet bending machine, guillotine, cutting machines).

- supports — paired steel channels;
- trusses — a profile pipe with a cross-section of 50x50x2 mm;
- purlins — a profile pipe with a cross-section of 80x40x2 mm;
- strapping — a profile pipe with a cross-section of 60x30x2 mm;
- diagonal bracing — a profile pipe with a cross-section of 50x50x2 mm;
- the roof — corrugated galvanized wave 57 mm with a three-layer membrane;
- walls — galvanized profiled wave 20 mm;
- gate — 1 pc with wicket;
- insulation — mineral wool 50 or 100 mm;
- additionally — rooflights and stairs;
- additionally — heating systems.

- width (single-span) — 9.0 m, 12.0 m, 18.0 m, 24.0 m, 30.0 m, 36.0 m (multiples of metal cutting);
- width (2 or more spans) — not regulated, from 4.0 m to 240.0 m.;

The cost of the works includes: calculation of the main loads, raw materials, manufacturing, delivery, installation, cladding, installation of a vapor barrier, accompanying documents (technical passport, quality certificates for materials, assembly drawings of the main parameters and nodes, instructions for operating the module and its components).

The average production time of a hangar 24×40 m, which is located in the Kharkiv region:
- 1-7 days of preparation;
- 8-20 days of manufacturing the structure;
- 15-25 days of delivery to the installation site;
- 21-40 days installation of the frame with cladding;
- 41-45 days of finishing.
