Typical dimensions:

• width (single-span) — 9.0 m, 12.0 m, 18.0 m, 24.0 m, 30.0 m, 36.0 m (multiple metal cutting);
• width (multi-span) — not regulated, from 4.0 m to 240.0 m.;
• length — 12.0 m, 15.0 m, 18.0 m, 20.0 m, 24.0 m, 30.0 m, and other lengths on request;
• clear internal height: 3.2 m (forklifts and light commercial vehicles), low-tonnage trucks), 4.5 m (trucks), 6.0 m (dump trucks), 8.0 m and above (overhead cranes and production facilities);
• roof slope — at least 10% (100 mm per metre of horizontal run).

The indicative cost ranges from USD 50 to USD 80 per square metre of floor area.

The price includes structural load calculations, materials, fabrication, delivery, installation, cladding, installation of a vapour barrier, and accompanying documentation: a technical passport, material quality certificates, assembly drawings showing the main dimensions and connection details, and operating instructions for the building and its components.

The following are agreed separately as required: drilling equipment, mobile crane hire, a truck-mounted telescopic work platform, accommodation, electricity and water.

Indicative project schedule for a 24 × 40 m hangar in the Kharkiv region:

• Days 1–7: preparation;
• Days 8–20: fabrication of the structure;
• Days 15–25: delivery to the installation site;
• Days 21–40: frame erection and cladding installation;
• Days 41–45: finishing work.
