How does a hangar differ from a shed
Hangars are any industrial premises of the arched, straight-walled, polygonal or tent type.
The hangar is a quick-build building. Depending on the technology, hangars can be frameless or frameless. During the construction of frame hangars, a frame (supporting metal structures) is mounted, but a fence is attached to it. There are also frame-tent hangars covered with PVC fabric. An arched hangar is often made of a special corrugated metal profile, while other materials (for example, wood) are used.
The canopy, in turn, is a special roof that is held in a static position due to supports. The supports for such a roof are usually strong pillars, but depending on the nature and purpose of the object, they can be partially replaced by walls. Then a completely logical question arises, what is the difference between a shed and a hangar, because the first one has walls and the second one? The hangar has four walls, one/two of which has a wide opening or gate intended for entry or entry of equipment into the hangar. A canopy can have a maximum of only three walls, in addition, there are a number of significant differences, which we will consider further.
It is expressly recorded in the urban planning legislation that the shed should not be considered an object of capital construction, as it is an object of temporary construction. But at the same time, the higher courts, interpreting the norms contained in the urban planning code, indicate that the court can recognize the construction as capital if it:
- cannot be transferred without causing serious damage to it;
- is indecipherable;
- has a foundation;
- has connected stationary communications (any except electricity);
- has permits as a real estate object.
It is impossible to qualify a shed as a house, since it does not have any legal characteristics related to such real estate.
It is good to place haystacks under the sheds, on one side the feed is protected from rain, and on the other, it is well blown from all sides and does not get wet.
